He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leslie Moore and Mildred June Stine Moore; his brother Bruce Gordon (Joyce Renehan) of Bakersfield; his nephew Andrew Nathan Duke; and his aunts and uncles, Loraine Stine, Pat Stine Reeves, Lois Deroeun of Alvin, Norman Stine and Leon "Buddy" Clifford Jorstead, Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Jeanne L. Renehan Duke (Robert Walker Duke) of West Columbia, Terri Lea Stout (Lloyd Stout) of Zion and Randi Sue Buey (Jay Guald) of Lakeland, Florida; and his aunt Doris Nidiffer of Santa Fe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
