She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Smith and Joshua Smith. She is survived by: her husband K. Ball Withers; her sons, Robert Todd and Lee Christopher Sullivan; her daughter-in-law Heather Swenson; her stepdaughters, Susan Claunch and Pamela Chilton; her stepgrandchildren, Max, Ace, Gracie, Will, Franny, Alex and Alice; her sister Deanie Smith Erb; David and Hank. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of customary remembrances, those wishing to honor Sandra's memory may make memorial contributions to the Family Service Center of Galveston County.
