He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Baxter and Ruth Charline Richards; and his wife Kenda Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Spencer H. Baxter (Holly) of Dallas Tx, Jameson R. Baxter of Whitewright Tx, Morgan A. Baxter of New Braunfels, Stephen M. Baxter of Stephenville Tx and Colin D. Baxter (Emily) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, D'Ann Shipp, Bhrianna Baxter, Justice Baxter, Noah Baxter, Weilan Baxter, Elijah Baxter, Solomon Baxter and Brixton Baxter; his great grandchildren, Lonnie, Charlotte and Willow; and his sisters, Vicki Griffin, Gail Parker (Kim) and Debra Reeves (Charlie).
