He is survived by: his sister Charlene; his brother-in-law Bruce Ellsworth; his nieces and nephews, Tommy Cox (Dawn), Ray Cox, Katherine Pitcher, Amy Smith, Mary Jo Cox and Denise Wolff; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Silas, Cordelia Pitcher, Griffin Pitcher, Jaxson and Zachary Smith; and his cousins, Margaret, Larry Williams, Deb, Wentzel, Susan Carroll and Bill Tacquard.
