He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnne M. Jensen; his mother Audrey Marie; and his sister Rose-Marie. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela; his granddaughter Jessie; his grandson-in-law Francisco; his great grandchild Mason; and his brother-in-law Richard Jensen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
