He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herbert and Goldia Dial Herbert; his brother Gary Herbert; and his son Chad Cameron Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Willa Jeanne Herbert; his son Aaron Alan Herbert; and his granddaughter Madilynn Victoria Herbert.
