She is survived by: her sisters, Vera Nell McElhaney (Robert) and Mary Travers; her siblings-in-law, Joe Hawkins and Gloria Harris; and her pet Tango. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, many other great and great-great nieces and nephews.
