He was predeceased by: his father Bill Leavelle; and his parents-in-law, Mary Taylor, Hap Taylor and Joe Davis. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Leavelle; his wife Lesa Leavelle; his children, Nichole Clarke and Laine Leavelle; his son-in-law Douglas Clarke; his grandson Sterling Clarke; his daughter-in-law Emily Leavelle; his brother Glen Leavelle; and his niece Virginia Leavelle.
