She is survived by: her children, Perry Hicks, Gail Fields Harris (Freeman), Dale Fields (Melissa) and Diane Fields-Robinson (Brock); her grandchildren, Delondo, Coneshia, Lance, LaMeatra, Tony, Tamara, Damien, Krestin, Perry, Jonathan, Myles, Blake, Dr. Toya, Dr. Tonya, Brent, Aaron, Chad, Victoria, Briana and Erica; and her sister Mattie Chalk. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
