It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Cipher (Garland, Texas), who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband John Cipher; her children, Terry Cipher (Ginger) of Colleyville, Margery Cannon (Dennis) of Highland Village and Daisha Moore (Jason) of Southlake; her sister Janet Raimo; her nieces, Rosemarie and Jennifer Raimo; her nephew John Raimo; and her sisters, June Patt and Joanne Dunn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
