She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Stanford and Wandalena Bloomingdale George; her husband John; and her sons, John T. Comte III and Kyle Marc Comte.
She is survived by: her daughter Carole Comte Schreck (David); her grandchildren, Shannon Marie Comte (Todd Kime), Elisabeth Louise Comte (Derek), Rachael Arlene Matz (Joshua), Anna Marie Comte Schreck and Ellie Grace Comte Schreck; her great grandchildren, Ava Arlene Matz, Addie Nicole Matz and Marigold Wolf Comte-Kime; her sister Jackie Ort; and her children, Lisa Castro and Philip Ort.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A reception will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
