He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ramsey and Jimmie Suttle; his wife Betty Fay Longino; his daughter-in-law Amanda Ramsey; and his sisters, Martha Parr and Myra Vilches.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Ramsey and Marshall Ramsey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
The family welcomes flowers, or memorial gifts may be made to Meadows Baptist Church in Plano, Texas.
