He is survived by: his son Paul; his former wife Lucia Cunningham Kons; his children, Celeste Worley, Catherine Sangren and Austin Cunningham (Beth Ann); his grandchild Kyra; his children, Peter Cunningham and Mary Macejewski (Keith Macejewski); his grandchildren, Christy Barret, Rick Worley, Eric Worley, Jeff Worley, Alan Macejewski and Kelly Macejewski; his great grandchildren, Ella Worley, Emery Worley and Everly Worley; his significant other Elaine Underwood; his partner's children, B. J. and Kevin; his daughter Bonnie; his grandson Austin; and his sister Joan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
