He is survived by: his father Theodore Samuels; his wife MaHanna Samuels; his children, Chenell Leigh Samuels and Steven D'Marcus Samuels; his grandchildren, Alaysia Greer, Ma'Liyah Greer and Ka'Niyah Greer; his siblings, Marcus Ford, Gary Ford, Antjuan Samuels, Crystal Samuels and Mike Johnson; and his aunts, Beverly Samuels and Debbie Samuels.
