He is survived by: his wife Charolett Bell; his children, Kelby Bell and Crystal Howard (Jared Howard); his grandchildren, Austin Dearbonne and Laityn Howard; and his siblings, Cynthia Anderson (Charles Anderson), Pauline Bardwell and Robert Bell (Melinda Bell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
