She is survived by: her husband Herbert Perley; her children, Glynda Smith (Ken) and David Perley (Donna); her grandchildren, Kyle Smith (Lindsay), Jonathan Smith (Leah), Sarah Horton (Ryan), Megan Bellamy (Brandon) and Jason Perley (Lindsey); her sister Karen Hubbard (Butch); and her nephew Jerrold Hubbard. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
