She is survived by: her children, Preston Dobbs (Kim) of Heath, Texas and Kim Horton (Art) of Carthage, Texas; her sister Genie Schupp (Dick) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Laura Verden (Shelby) of Dallas, Texas, Jay Dobbs (Eleanor) of Dallas, Texas, Caroline McCarty (Grant) of Tyler, Texas and Luke Horton of Johnson City, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Baker McCarty, Charlotte, Cecilia Verden and Margot Dobbs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church of Garrison (238 W Main St, Garrison, TX 75946). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
