She is survived by: her sons, David Evans (Becky) and Andy Evans (Tammie); her grandchildren, Nicki Simpson (Roddy), Meagan Taylor (Jeff) and Jaxon Evans; her great grandchildren, Josie, Eli Simpson, Emily and Katy Taylor; and her sibling's children, Scott Smith (Anita) and Kathy Hawkins (Gordon).
