He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer J. D. "Bill" Bledsoe and Lois Bledsoe; his wife Phay Nell Bledsoe; and his siblings, Mary Bledsoe Onderdonk and Larry Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Wayne Bledsoe (Jerrie) of Gatesville and Charlotte Dear (David) of Rockport.
