Lam, Cynthia Botkin (Gary) and Jeanette Baize; and his grandchildren, Becky Morgan, Amy McGowan, Sarah Lam, Jeff Lam, David Lam, Jessica Wade, Devon Nye, Chelsea Brown and Makayla Brown. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
