She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Walter Reed and John Baxter Reed (J. B.); her husband Johnny Johnson; her daughter Malinda Kay Orand; her brothers, Walter Reed and James "Baxter" Reed; and her son-in-law Steven Wayne Richter.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Johnson (Lisa) of Hallsville, TX, Randy Johnson (Cathy) of Oglesby, TX, Gary Johnson (Gail) of Gatesville, TX and Gayle Richter of Oglesby, TX.; and her grandchildren, Jason Johnson (Melissa), Kristi Adams (Andy), Robert Brown (Jessica), Kevin Johnson (Amanda), John Jacob Johnson (Sara), Amanda Ibanez (Hector), Kari Newman (Clint), Jeremy Orand (Lisa), Garrett Johnson (Emily), Glynna Simmons (Corey), Jennifer Fisher (Kyle), Anna Hughes (Jeremy) and Chad Freeman (Jera). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu of flowers may also be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in honor of Nancy Lee Reed Johnson.
