She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Caldwell; her husband Perry Head; and her sister Derry Jean Marris. She is survived by: her close friend Perry E. Head; her children, Lisa Carothers (Larry) of Gatesville, Trina Chamberlain (Phil) of Memphis, Richard Gellasch (Jenny) of Gatesville, Tara Jordan (Todd) of Austin and Deanna Lueckenotte (Bryan) of Gatesville; her grandchildren, Brad Carothers (Amber), Justin Carothers (Whitney), Christopher Erwin (Ashley), Crockett Carothers (Shadee), Justin Jaynes (Sami), Lacy Gellasch, Taite Gellasch (Kristina), Kipp Gellasch, Ty Jordan, Brookelyn Jordan, Taylor Lueckenotte, Phil Chamberlain, III (Jessica) and Will Chamberlain (Kyndal); her great grandchildren, Curry Ishy (Zane), Darcy Carothers (Preston Preciado), Brady Carothers, Grace Carothers, Presley Erwin, Paris Erwin, Bailey Rae Jaynes, Luke Jaynes, Lottee Carothers, Phil Chamberlain IV, Emma Chamberlain, Caleb Chamberlain, Nash Chamberlain and Jett Chamberlain; her sister-in-law Carolyn Kline (Jerry); her niece Karen Magee (Kerry); and her nephew David Marris (Lee).
