He was predeceased by: his parents, Mickey Durham and Sue Squyres Durham. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Durham (Cheryle) and Jason Durham; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Durham, Ashley Durham and Brandon Durham (Kenzie).
