He was predeceased by: his parents, Eda Mary Poenisch and Hal Lee; his siblings, Eda Margaret Lee Cole, Hal Lee, Robert Lee and James Clyde Lee; and his great grandchild Ella Faith Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee; his sons, Richard Lee (Nancy) and David Lee (Cathy); his grandsons, Brady Lee (Kelsi), Quentin Lee (Rachel), Morgan Lee (Courtney) and Aaron Lee (Patricia); and his sister Mary Jo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Galloway & Sons Chapel (506 San Marcos St, George West, TX 78022). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Baptist Church (132 Mathis Acres Rd, Mathis, TX 78368).
