He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonina Tsemin and Pavel Tsemin; and his wife Valentina Tsemina. He is survived by: his daughter Svetlana (Edib); and his grandson Nicolas (Caitlin).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633). A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery (330 Berry Ln, Georgetown, TX 78626).
