She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Schirpik and Mary Schirpik; her former husband J. Forrest Taylor, Jr.; her husband Floyd Chambers; and her siblings, Pauline Render, Evelyn Botts and Larry Schirpik.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Susan Pate and J. Forrest Taylor, III; her daughter-in-law Barbara; her grandchildren, Chris Pate (Shannon) and Jason Taylor; and her great grandchild Rylan Pate.
