He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Richter and Harold Richter; and his brother Delmar Richter. He is survived by: his wife Janice Rosella Felker; his siblings, Dru Anne Richter Marshall and Steven Lee Richter; his children, Dru Anne Marshall (Jeffery), Andrew, Elizabeth Bishop (James), Rebecca Marshall, Steven Richter (Leslie), Stephen Phillip Richter Brian (Lorena), Brenda Wilson (Thomas), Thomas Wilson (Kendall), Robert Wilson (Brittany), Grace Christian (Colby), Charles Richter (Cheryl), Benjamin Richter (Michelle) and Katelyn Junker (Wesley); and his sister Bonnie Jean Radar (Con). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
