He is survived by: his wife Heather Maddera; his daughters, Vivienne Rose Cole and Makayla; his stepson Connor John Henry; his brother Kenneth Tieman (Caleb Slaughter); and his stepsiblings, Brian Slaughter and Melanie Slaughter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
