He is survived by: his children, Tina Smart (Oscar) and Ted Martinez; and his grandchildren, Monica Martinez (Anthony), Christopher Guadian, Felicia Lozano (Alex), Charlie Smart (Jayda), Victoria Martinez (Juan), Vanessa Martinez and Veronica Martinez (Paul). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
