He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Deborah (Curtis), Matthew, Andrew and Elizabeth (Ernie); his grandchildren, Rachel (Morgan), Joshua (Lauren), Tyler, Anna, Brooke and Cash; and his great grandchild Abigail.
