He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Andrew; his father Charles Busch, Jr.; and his father-in-law Art Goethe. He is survived by: his son Brian Allen of Austin; his wife Peggy Anne Busch of Georgetown; his mother Peggy Joyce Busch (Stark) of Bergheim; his mother-in-law Helen Goethe of Georgetown; his sisters, Rebecca Busch and Cindy Valdez of Bergheim; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Stanfield of Denton and Gary Goethe of Georgetown. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
