He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Collier and Anne Collier; and his wife Norine Collier. He is survived by: his children, Tom (Pat) of Midland, Texas, Mike (Suzanne) of Houston, Texas, Patty of Austin, Texas and Jim (Jennifer) of New Braunfels, Texas.; his brother Art Collier of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Nick Collier, Mike Collier, Susanna Stewart, Caitlin Foley, Michael Collier, Christopher Collier, MJ Collier and Heyden Collier. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be pleased with donations to the Eagle's Wings Retreat Center or Faith in Action.
