He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Parrish and Buster Parrish; his sister Grace Ann Andrews Taylor; and his aunt Helen Parrish Peddy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his stepsons, Carson and Dylan; his daughter-in-law Anyssa; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Preslee and Santana.
He attended Ballinger schools, graduating from the High School as a NSF National Science Foundation scholarship winner, President of BHS' National Honor Society, and Salutatorian of BHS' Class of 1970.
