He is survived by: his wife Edith Powell of Georgetown, Texas; and his siblings, Rubye Powell of Dallas, Texas, Wanda Powell of Pflugerville, Texas, James Powell of Georgetown, Texas and Theresa Powell Wilder of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
