He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Green and Linda Green. He is survived by: his daughter Casey McCartney (Joshua); his sisters, Jaclyn Green (John Donnallan) and Jessica Vance (David); and his grandchildren, Samuel, Evelynn and Emory. He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, and a host of cousins, two aunts, and one uncle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those who wish to express sympathy make a donation to Friends of Georgetown Parks and Recreation in Eric's memory.
