He is survived by: his wife Mary Dowell; his children, Wesley, Sarah Dowell and Wendy Dowell; his grandchildren, Ryan and Katlynn; his sister Julie Andresen; his nephew Dan; and his niece Annie Andresen. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633).
