He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Mandy Lee; and his brothers, Kennith and Dennis (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Bart of Georgetown and Tony of Las Vegas, Nevada.; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Smith and John Smith.
