He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Moore and Horatio Gates Sickel V; his stepfather Thomas Moore; his sister Tina Wuelfing; and his cousins, Kathy Farberow and John Sickel.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moore; his brother-in-law Douglas Myers; his niece Joy Myers (David Myers) of Utah; and his cousins, Linda Mills, Brady Allen, Brittney Powell, Ryan Sickel, Jennifer Raiden, Severin Wuelfing, Emerson Allen, Noah Allen, Aubrey Allen and Damien Allen.
In Lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for contributions to help cover funeral service expenses.
