She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adolph Altgelt and Eileen Willis Altgelt; her husband Tibor Eliahu Beerman; her siblings, George Altgelt, Eileen Robison (Hank), Mary Jane Johnson, Martha Altgelt, Rosemary Altgelt and David Altgelt; her nephew Stuart Snow; and her niece Niki Frances McDaniel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Lillian E. Beerman and Sylvia Ruth Beerman; and her nieces and nephews, Joanna Snow Moon, George Altgelt, Allen Snow, Dr. Michael Zeitlin, Paulette Mallard and Edward Swearingen.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Services and Internment (2802 61st St, Galveston, TX 77551).
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to Temple B'nai Israel.
