It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Reed Phillips of Georgetown, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Archie Robert "Todd" Phillips, Jr. and Peggy Phillips Tilden; and his daughter-in-law Barbie Kay Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Phillips (Stewart); his children, Robert Phillips (Karen Lynn), Karen Barr and Jack "Jay" Phillips, Jr.; and his grandchildren, James Landry (Staci), Ryan Landry, Michael Witt (Holly), Jacob Witt (Alyssa), Tiffany Witt, Melissa Witt, Zachary Zezulka (Melody), Nick Barr (Danielle), Melody Gifford, Cassie Davis (Garrett), Reese Phillips, Shelby Phillips and Ryleigh Phillips. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.

“My memories of Jack are nothing but kindness to his wife,children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jean and I have walked for 30 plus years together and never did I hear her criticize Jack or complain about anything he did. The only thing I could think of to do for him was make him an Apple Pie. Missed by all who knew him.”
