He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Rodgers (Billy) and Willie Maudine Hazlewood (Dean); his sister Sue; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Dodd and Floyd Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Sean (Emily) of Midlothian, VA and Seth of Austin; his granddaughter Nella; and his sister Mary Evans of Hobbs, NM.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gabriel Oaks Church of Christ (Georgetown, TX), Manuelito Navajo Children's Home (Gallup, NM), or Cherokee Home for Children (Cherokee, TX).
