He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith "Little Mom" Shepherd and Carl "Big Daddy" Shepherd; his friends, Walt, Claude, Joe and Herb; his wife Judy Shepherd; his children, Mark (Jane Shepherd), Julia (Kerry Minzenmayer), Debbie Shepherd and Steve; his adoptive son Jason Jefferson; his grandchildren, Nick Minzenmayer, McKenzie (Preston Milburn), Natalie (James Poulos), Trevor Shepherd, Kurt Minzenmayor, Hannah Shepherd (Matthew Normyle), Kevin Shepherd and Erick Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Evan, Luke, Alex and Nora; his sister Margaret McBride; and his pet Dolly.
