He is survived by: his wife Jenny Heidmann; his stepchildren, Tina Gutierrez, Dennis Heisey and Donna Davis; his brother David Heidmann (Maggie); his nieces and nephews, Wade Heidmann (Eileen), Michael Heidmann, Danny O'Neill, Tracy Balboa (Aaron), Sophia Balboa and Tara O'Neill; his grandchildren, Abriana Moore, Alexandria Gutierrez, Amara Gutierrez, Alivia Gutierrez, Sarah Poyner, Jeffery Poyner, Adam Davis, Anna Davis, Joshua Heisey, Zaine Heisey, James Davis, Alan Davis, Matthew Davis, Kayla Davis, Andrew Davis and Zachary Davis; his cousins, Jeff Kaiser (Eve), Paul Kaiser and Cindy Haggler (John); and his uncle Robert Schlameus (Marie).
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Mike's memory to Dell Children's Hospital.
