He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy, Sr. and Kathryn Dillard; and his siblings, James Dillard, William Thomas Dillard (Bill), Harry Richard Dillard, Mary Elizabeth Moran, Pamela Sue Lovely, Judith Ann Knight and Dorothy Dillard.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Dillard; his children, Lisa Ann Foret and Mark Antony Dillard; his grandchildren, Lynda Marie Dillard and Michael Anthony Dillard; and his siblings, Patsy Vasquez, Peggy Crawford (Keith) and Ronald Dillard (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
