He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Starr; his grandchildren, Shane Starr Jr. and Juliana Starr; and his brothers, Robert Bischoff (Tina Bischoff) and Christopher Bischoff (Lisa Bischoff). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
