He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeff Cotten and Carolyn Cotten; his wife Debby; his father-in-law William H. Brown (Charlie); his daughter Tanya; his son-in-law Michael Lambert; his grandchildren, Jacob, Olivia, Ella and Ava; his mother-in-law Yvonne Brown; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Cheryll Cotten; his brothers, Rob Cotten and William H. Jr. (Bill); and his sister-in-law Diane Brown.
