She was predeceased by: her parents, Lott Rogers and Effie Rogers; her husband Sam Harris; her sister Mary Cathryn Gossett; her husbands, Tommy and James; and her niece Elizabeth Gossett Holmes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Priscilla Lester (Terry) and Penny Mickan (Danny); and her grandchildren, Jeff Lester (Bobbie), Brandon Lester (Jenna), Cody Lester (Peggy), Morgan Mickan, Madison Schaefer (Sean) and Murphy Mickan. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wesleyan Benevolent Fund, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, or the charity of your choice.
