It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Owen Perry Williams of Georgetown, Texas, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl M. Williams and Madge W. Williams; his siblings, Jackie Wall-Williams and William Mack Williams; his sons, Kenneth Williams and Theodore Williams; and his stepdaughter Laura Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Williams; his children, Stephanie Castillo (Rafael), Connie McMahon and Tim Williams (Julie); and his stepdaughter Diane Phillips. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
