She is survived by: her husband Dan Perrine; her sons, Todd and Patrick; her grandchildren, Kathryn and Charles; her siblings, Brad, Teresa, Cynthia, Vicki, Jeff and Nancy; and her aunt Shirley. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In honor of Pam's deep love for animals and the joy her pets brought her in recent years, the family asks that donations be made to the ASPCA in lieu of flowers.
