He is survived by: his wife Donna Satterfield; his sons, Christopher Garrett (Brooke) and Brent Matthew (Jessica); his grandchildren, Addison Grace, Aubrey Emily, Braden Mark and Brilee Lynaye; his mother Frances Teinert Arldt (Teinert); his sisters, Becky (Don Cantler) and Earline (Kelly Reichenbach); and his in-laws, Louise, Ralph Reinhardt, Hollis and Sharon Satterfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
